    I am relatively new to the Peninsula area and have not had the need of a plumber until my hot water heater started whistling very loudly and regularly. I was concerned it might blow up. I asked a friend for a recommendation. He responded that he had used two different plumbers in the past year and would not recommend either of them as neither had completed their job satisfactorily and were extremely expensive. As I studied the yellow pages, I agonised over who I should choose. Finally I chose Brad Bush because he gave his home address and landline telephone number! I decided that was proof that he must be an honest tradie and a good one at that.

    Brad is a courteous young man and he explained my options clearly and what my costs would be. As my hot water heater was not going to blow up, he did not have a plumbing job to do for me. He did not charge me for his call out, nor for his advice. Obviously he will be the plumber I will ring when I do need one.
